1. What we collect
Account data (email, password hash, optional name); usage data (which tools you ran, when, IP, user-agent, the inputs you uploaded); billing data — card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers; we store only the customer ID and transaction IDs.
2. How we use your data
To deliver the tools, bill correctly, prevent abuse, and (if you opt in) email you about service updates. We do not sell your data.
3. Third parties
- Payment: Stripe
- AI processing: an upstream AI service provider that runs model inference for our tools
- Email delivery: our transactional email provider, used only for account and billing messages
- Analytics: none — we do not use any third-party analytics service
Each third party processes data only as needed for their service.
4. Cookies
- Session cookies — keep you signed in
- No analytics cookies are set
- No third-party advertising cookies
5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You can request access, correction, or deletion of your data. Email the address in section 8. Account deletion removes all personal data within 30 days, except billing records retained for tax compliance.
6. Data retention
Records of the tools you ran: 90 days. Billing records: 7 years (tax law). Account data: until account deletion + 30 days. Saved translations: until you delete them.
7. Children
AvoAgent is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
