How long are my uploaded images kept?
Processing files are deleted automatically within 24 hours. Anything you save to the asset center stays until you delete it, and you can delete it at any time.
Why was I not charged for a result?
If a job times out, the model errors, or no usable file comes back, the charge is never completed — the reserved credits are released automatically.
Can I process images in batches?
Yes for the image tools — you see the estimated cost for the whole batch before it runs, and each image is billed and refunded on its own.
Do you use my images to train models?
We have no training pipeline — nothing you upload trains an AvoAgent model. Running a job does send the file to the third-party AI provider behind that tool; our copy is deleted within 24h and we never sell your data. What each provider does with what it processes is governed by their own terms, linked from our privacy policy.
Which file types can I upload?
JPG, PNG and WebP. Each tool page lists its own size and resolution limits, because they differ per tool.
