1. Account & eligibility
You must be 16 or older and operating a legitimate business to use AvoAgent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
2. Service description
AvoAgent provides 12 AI tools for global e-commerce: text and image translation, content generation, image processing, virtual try-on. The service is provided as-is, on a pay-per-use credit basis.
3. Payment & credits
Credits are purchased in packs via Stripe or PayPal. Prices are in USD. Credits never expire. 1 USD = 100 credits at the base rate; pack discounts vary by tier.
4. Refunds
Failed jobs are auto-refunded in credits. Pack purchases are non-refundable except where required by law (e.g., EU 14-day cooling-off for B2C purchases). Contact us for billing disputes.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use AvoAgent to create content that infringes copyright, depicts minors inappropriately, generates deepfakes of real people without consent, violates marketplace policies, or breaks applicable laws. We may suspend accounts for violations.
6. Intellectual property
You retain rights to inputs you submit. AI-generated outputs are provided to you under a non-exclusive, royalty-free license for your business use. AvoAgent retains rights to the platform, brand, and aggregated usage analytics.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AvoAgent is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months prior to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Unused credits are non-transferable; we may refund the pro-rated unused portion at our discretion if you terminate due to a service issue caused by us.
9. Governing law & disputes
Replace with your jurisdiction. Example: governed by the laws of [Country/State]. Disputes resolved by [arbitration / courts of X]. EU consumers retain rights under their local law.
